Zendaya’s Beaded Tamara Ralph Gown Is A Masterclass In Detail

Zendaya doesn’t do a press tour. She does an era. Every promotional movie run comes with its own mood board, its own colour story, its own reason to keep refreshing our feeds. Spider-Man: Brand New Day has been no different — weeks of brooding, web-slung, borderline-villain-coded dressing that had fans decoding every seam for spoilers. And then London happened. Just when we thought we had this tour figured out, Zendaya pulled a full 180 — trading the darkness for something that felt lifted straight out of The Odyssey press run.
At the London premiere of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Zendaya opted for a Fall/Winter 2026 couture Tamara Ralph gown fit for a goddess, finished with Mouawad jewels and a Keren Wolf spider brooch to match.

Built For Romance
After weeks of moody, arachnid-coded dressing — think inky Roberto Cavalli spines and brooding Ashi Studio silhouettes — Zendaya switched things up entirely for the London leg. She stepped out in a champagne-hued, strapless gown from Tamara Ralph’s Fall 2026 haute couture line, and the shift in mood was instant. Where the rest of this press tour has leaned into shadows, this look was pure light. Soft, sculpted, and unmistakably romantic.
The Beadwork Is Doing The Talking
The real story here was in the details. Fine gold bugle-bead embroidery traced the bodice in curved, corset-like lines before cascading down the skirt, while delicate crystal chain straps draped over her shoulders like soft cape sleeves — a subtler, more elegant nod to Spider-Man’s web motif than anything she’s worn earlier in the tour. Tucked along a seam at the back sat the finishing touch: a tiny gold spider brooch by Keren Wolf, originally designed as part of a spiderweb headpiece before being reworked especially for this gown.

Statuesque, By Design
True to Tamara Ralph’s signature, the gown was all about precision tailoring. A structured, sweetheart bodice cinched at the waist before flowing into a fitted mermaid silhouette, giving Zendaya a statuesque, column-like line all the way to the floor. It’s the kind of shape that photographs beautifully from every angle — dramatic without ever tipping into costume-y, which is a hard balance to strike on a superhero press tour.

The Soft Glam
Beauty-wise, this was a deliberate departure too. Zendaya traded the smoky-eyed, slicked-back looks from earlier stops for something softer: rosy, dewy blush, minimal eye makeup, and a nude lip, paired with loose, voluminous curls left down and undone. Mouawad’s Majestic diamond earrings and a matching ring rounded things off with just enough sparkle, letting the gown and that hidden spider do the talking.
It’s giving Odyssey goddess energy in the middle of a Marvel press tour, and honestly? We’re not complaining.
